Our manufacturing process is tailored to meet the specific demands of the automotive industry, following the IATF 16949:2016 standard and the AIAG’s APQP, FMEA, SPC, MSA, and PPAP guidelines.
- We start with the Advanced Product Quality Plan (APQP) to ensure each phase of the product lifecycle is carefully managed.
- Using the Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA), we assess risk from material receipt to final product delivery.
- Based on this analysis, we develop Control Plans, ensuring critical dimensions are monitored through Statistical Process Control (SPC).
- We maintain precision by calibrating our machines and measuring tools, validated through Measurement System Analysis (MSA).
- Final product releases follow the Production Part Approval Process (PPAP), ensuring compliance with all automotive industry standards.
