02 Our Process

Our automotive CNC projects are manufactured to customer drawings, material requirements, tolerances and project-specific quality requirements under our ISO 9001:2015-certified quality management system.

  • Drawing and DFM review: geometry, tolerances, materials and manufacturability are reviewed during quotation when necessary.
  • Material traceability: material certificates are available on request for traceable materials.
  • First article inspection: FAI is available on request and can include a dimensional report, balloon drawing and CMM report as applicable.
  • Dimensional inspection: quality inspection is supported by CMM, optical/profile projection, height gauges, hardness testing, micrometers and calipers.
  • Production release: inspection and documentation requirements are agreed according to the customer specification and project needs.
