Our standard tolerance reference is ISO 2768-f. Critical features can be held to ±0.005 mm when material stability, part geometry and appropriate GD&T permit. Tight-tolerance features are reviewed during quotation and DFM.
Yes. Our current owner-verified in-house CNC inventory includes 7 CNC turning centers plus 15 3-axis, 5 4-axis and 5 5-axis machining centers. Projects that require both turning and milling are routed across the appropriate in-house equipment according to geometry, tolerance and batch requirements.

Material preparation is planned according to stock form, part geometry, batch size and traceability requirements. Material certificates are available on request for traceable aluminum, stainless steel, brass, titanium and engineering plastics.

Finishing requirements also affect cost. Deburring, polishing and laser marking are performed in-house; anodizing, hard anodizing, plating, powder coating, black oxide and DLC/PVD are coordinated through qualified partners.
Productivity depends on part geometry, material, tolerances, setup strategy, tooling and batch size. During DFM and quotation, we select the appropriate turning and milling route to balance precision, repeatability, lead time and cost.
