CNC Turned parts
Our CNC turning process produces custom prototypes and end-use production parts in as fast as 1 day. We use a CNC lathe with live tooling so features like axial and radial holes, flats, grooves, and slots can be machined.

At CNCRUSH, we leverage robust statistical process control to ensure zero rejects in the production of CNC turned parts. Our commitment to precision and quality is at the core of our manufacturing process.
We take a professional approach by carefully selecting the optimal machine tools, cutting tools, and machining parameters. Our comprehensive product control plan is fully integrated with advanced measuring systems, ensuring consistent accuracy and top-tier quality in every production run.
We guarantee an accuracy of 0.005mm for turning services. This precision is achieved through continuous investment in the latest CNC machines (e.g., DMG, Okuma, Tsugami) and high-quality cutting tools.
Yes, we have over 80 CNC machines, including:
10 automatic lathes with milling function
8 CNC Swiss-type automatic lathes with milling function
4 CNC lathes with milling function
This allows us to efficiently turn and mill in one operation.
We use top-quality machines from brands such as Okuma, DMG, Doosan, and Tsugami. Our Swiss-type automatic lathes with milling functions offer high accuracy, making them ideal for producing complex parts. You can download a full list of machines on our website.
Our plant is equipped with 3 fully automatic band saws, capable of cutting material from fi 5 mm to fi 300 mm. We also offer bar cutting in packages to handle large orders efficiently.
Several factors affect pricing, including:
Complexity of the part
Tooling costs
Batch size
Tolerances and surface quality
Additional services like anodising, hardening, or laser marking can increase the total cost.
Productivity depends on machine efficiency, quality of cutting tools, and rapid programming of cutting operations. At CNCRUSh, we use automatic loading/unloading systems and advanced CNC software to maximize efficiency. Well-organized workspaces and experienced staff also play a critical role in optimizing production.
